The 15KG Olympic Technique Barbell, designed for the three main powerlifting movements - the bench press, squat, and deadlift, features a single knurl mark suitable for power lifts. The ends of the shaft are coated in a shiny hard chrome finish, protecting the bar against scratches and corrosion, and ensuring it maintains a fresh appearance with minimal maintenance.

The shaft has a tensile strength of 21,145 PSI, with each one being ground, polished, and individually tested to provide the right whip or flex. The bar also features brass bushings placed between the shaft and the sleeve, offering a smooth, consistent roll.

Measuring 72" in overall length with a shaft diameter of 28mm, the Olympic-sized weight sleeve has a diameter of 50mm and offers 9.75" of loadable length, with a capacity of 500 LB. The barbell weighs 15 KG or 33 LB.

The medium diamond textured knurling on the ends of the shaft ensures excellent grip and contact through heavy movements, while the absence of center knurling helps protect your neck and chest from abrasions.
