OPEN DESIGN: The 23" open-ended frame of this open trap bar allows for a wide range of exercises beyond traditional deadlifts. You can easily perform loaded carries, split squats, lunges, and other variations.
DUAL HEIGHT FIXED HANDLES: This trap bar features dual handles with two grip diameters of 32mm (skinny) and 38mm (fat). Both grips have a medium diamond knurled pattern for a secure hold. The handles are fixed to the hex frame, with the skinny handles positioned higher than the fat grips.
BUILT-IN DEADLIFT JACK: The built-in jack on this trap bar features 1.5" legs with rounded feet, making it easy to rock the bar into position. When the bar is vertical, each leg provides a large 7" x 2.5" footprint, offering stability during loading and unloading.
EASY TO LOAD: The Rackable Specialty Bar on this open trap bar makes plate loading a breeze. Athletes can start their movements directly from the starting height, without having to lift the bar off the ground.
DIMENSIONS: This 65 LB open trap bar has an overall length of 88.5". The handles are 24.5" apart, and each sleeve can fit Olympic-sized weight plates, with a loadable length of 16".
